Step 1: Make transparent substrate gelatin cake. In order to make a standard substrate cake, if you want to do much more or to do big cake substrate, you apply the following rates for processing.

Recipe: 4 water, 1 sugar, citric acid and 2.5 dough 1 gelatin. Citric acid is necessary to make jelly mixture becomes transparent, not opaque to highlight 3D inside.

Use 3 tablespoons of water: pour 1 tablespoon of sugar dissolved in boiling, then pulled out. Then you pour remaining tablespoon of water, 2.5 tablespoons flour dissolved gelatin in the microwave for rotation within 10-15 seconds until the powder of gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into the sugar water is still warm, for about 5 minutes for the mixture to cool, add 1 tablespoon of citric acid, stirring. You can pour 1 tube of  vanilla to flavor if you want. Step 2: Mix color
