Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.

Please sure that unused and intact product. Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.

International orders are eligible to return through the mail courier of your choice, just let us know in a quick email.

International customers are responsible for returns shipping fees and obtaining a tracking number for your shipment - lost return shipments will not be refunded or credited. Duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

We have a $5 restocking fee to help support the many people in our supply chain. You'll spot this deducted from the balance of your refund once we've received and clicked "good to go!" on your return.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on products from the As-Is department and custom countertops.

Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.

Please allow up to 20 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.

Promotional Terms & Conditions:

When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
